Who you'll work with
Home care involves a few different roles. Here's who does what.
Support workers
The people who provide your day-to-day support at home. Personal care, domestic help, transport, social support and companionship. Wherever possible, we keep the same workers with you so you're not re-explaining your routine.
Care coordinators
Your main point of contact. They develop your care plan with you, organise the services in it, check in as things progress, and adjust your supports when your needs change.
Clinical staff
Nurses and allied health professionals involved where your care includes clinical supports. Wound care, medication support, mobility, or other health-related needs.

How we build our team
- Support workers are screened and checked before they work with clients
- We match workers to people, considering preferences including language, culture and gender where relevant
- Continuity is prioritised, the same faces, not whoever is free that day
- If a match isn't working, you can ask for a change without having to justify it
