Pricing & contributions

We believe pricing should be easy to understand, for you and your family. Here's how it generally works.

How Support at Home pricing works, in plain English

Support at Home services are generally priced per unit of service (for example, per hour or per visit). Depending on your circumstances, you may also make a personal contribution towards the cost of your services. The exact amount depends on your individual assessment and current government settings. We'll always explain your specific costs clearly before any service begins, and you can check current participant contribution settings with My Aged Care.

Participant contributions

Depending on your assessed needs and circumstances, you may be asked to contribute towards the cost of your services. This is set by current Australian Government policy, not by Bamboo Care. We'll walk you through what applies to you and answer any questions before you commit to anything.

No surprises

Before any service begins, we'll set out exactly what it costs, what (if anything) you contribute, and how your funding is being used. If your circumstances change, we'll let you know how that affects your costs.
