How this calculator works
The quarterly budgets, the 10% care management amount, and the contribution rate ranges below are the Australian Government's published Support at Home / Home Care Package settings, not figures Bamboo Care sets. This calculator doesn't connect to My Aged Care, so it can't see your actual assessed contribution rate or confirmed budget.
Confirm your exact figures on your My Aged Care Home Care Statement, or talk to our care team. Government settings are indexed periodically, so treat this as a working estimate rather than a final number.

What each category covers
Support at Home groups services into five categories. Which of yours are funded, and how much. Depends on your individual care plan.
Clinical Care
Nursing, allied health (eg. physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry) and other clinical supports.
Independence
Personal care, social support, respite and transport that helps you stay independent day to day.
Everyday Living
Domestic assistance, gardening, home maintenance and meal support.
Assistive Technology
Equipment that supports mobility, self-care or daily living, eg. walkers or bathroom aids.
Home Modifications
Structural changes that improve safety and access, eg. grab rails, ramps, accessible showers.
