This website provides general information about our services and a way to get in touch. It is not a client portal, and using it does not create a service agreement between you and Bamboo Care. Support only begins after we've spoken with you and agreed arrangements in writing.

Information here is general in nature and doesn't take account of any individual's circumstances, health or needs. It isn't medical, clinical, financial or legal advice. Aged care programme rules, eligibility and contribution arrangements are set by the Australian Government and can change, always check current details with My Aged Care or a relevant official source. Using the forms
When you submit a form you agree that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and, if you're referring someone else. That they're aware of the referral or that you're authorised to make it.
Please don't use our forms to send medical records, test results or detailed health information. They aren't designed for that.
Don't use this site to send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
