Our Values
Values are easy to write and harder to live by. These are the ones we hold ourselves to, and what each of them should look like in practice.

Respect
You are an adult with a lifetime of experience, not a set of tasks. That shapes how we speak to you, how we enter your home, and how we handle the parts of care that are personal.
Choice
You decide what support you want and how it's delivered. Preferences, including who supports you. Are asked about, recorded and acted on, and you can change your mind.
Reliability
Turning up when we said we would is the most basic promise in home care. If something changes, you hear it from us early rather than finding out when nobody arrives.
Honesty
Straight answers about what's included, what it costs and what we can't do. We would rather tell you something isn't a fit than sign you up and disappoint you.
Connection
Independence at home shouldn't mean isolation. Staying connected to people, places and routines that matter to you is part of good support, not an optional extra.
Dignity
Support is provided in a way that protects your privacy and self-respect, particularly with personal care, where how something is done matters as much as that it's done.
Holding us to them
If your experience doesn't match what's on this page, tell us. Feedback and complaints are treated as information we need, and raising one will never affect the care you receive. See Feedback & Complaints or read about your rights.
