The guides above are the site's own explainer pages. A separate article library (/resources/articles/{slug}/, with categories, publication dates and reading times per development.md §34) is not published, because there are no articles written yet and publishing an empty blog with invented posts would be worse than not having one.
Supply article content, or confirm articles will be written, and the library can be added on the same routing pattern the rest of the site already uses.
